She was fantastic on the day and great fun and the pictures were just what we wanted. We can’t stop looking through the photos.
IF YOU’RE PLANNING A WEDDING IN STURMINSTER NEWTON, YOU’LL ENJOY THIS!
Steph and James got married at St Mary’s Church, which is the church local to where Steph grew up in Sturminster Newton. After having to postpone their original wedding it was such a happy day and even with gale force winds everyone remained smiley and happy!

THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was an intimate service due to Covid-19 and the guest limitations. I wasn’t actually allowed in as I would have exceeded the permitted numbers but fortunately I could shoot through the back and side doors – where there’s a will there’s a way – SCREW YOU COVID. During the ceremony they had some beautiful readings from friends and family. It was lovely!

THE RECEPTION
The couple hired a local field from a friend and it was the perfect setting for a gathering of friends and family. With a stunning view of Hambledon Hill as their backdrop, they decorated the space with haybales and colourful flags to give it a festival feel and had a skittle alley which kept the kids entertained. They even had a live singer in the afternoon who was up on a raised stage.
Everyone sat in their bubbles for their meal and speeches and to finish the day, Steph and James cut the cake. It was a really fun and lovely day and I’m so glad to have been part of it.
